In its early years, The Whitcomb was a favored retreat of presidents, entertainers and professional athletes. Though we were very happy with CK Catering, we were not so happy with the bar service. They send you monthly emails with checklists on where you should be in your planning.
Later, they danced the night away at the Veranda at the Whitcomb – which included a re-enactment of the Dirty Dancing song with the bride and groom! The Whitcomb is a 4-Star Senior Living Community in downtown St. Joseph, Michigan.

The intricate ceiling tiles are no longer, neither are the two skylights in the ceiling.
