The Eden is a uniquely designed community with comfort and convenience at every corner. It was my first time visiting so I wasn't sure of the rules (144 hours of guest parking max per month apparently, registration required) and the tenant hadn't had any guests over either. But I can't speak highly enough about Brett Ahlin. I appreciate your feedback that you wish we would have told you on the phone that we were still completing our renovation project, I will discuss this with our team. As for the smell you mentioned, I walk that apartment every day and have never smelled smoke, but I will closely inspect it again to be sure.
