However, it turns out that Keats House is well worth a visit even if, like me, you know very lttle about Keats. Just a short walk from HampsteadA lovely house with a sad story. Sadly Keats died so young and this house gets it so right to make him come alive again and you can imagine him there. Keats’s house is in a town street just on the edge of Hampstead Heath. Very special to get to visit the exact places where he wrote his poems. Having visited keats house in Rome this is such a special place to visit if you have any interest in poetry. This is the version of our website addressed to speakers of Unless you hire a car, visiting Stonehenge, Bath, and Windsor Castle in one day is next to impossible. Very friendly staff,Keats lived here less than 2 years but wrote many of his odes in this house.
