The staff behind the salad bar today was really rude and unprofessional. I went mid week during the day so not real busy time to go.

The temperature was cool inside, and everyone was very friendly. Buffet was good, fresh, lots of choice s for $22.

The room might be considered dated, depending on your viewpoint (as the hotel is recent, but it replaced a steamboat that actually cruised on the river).Room was nice and clean with a large couch, free wifi, separate toilet from bath, free coffee, office desk.
