I was at the coco key water park and i was looking how good are the people and I run up 2 mya.R and i was talking to her and she seems like a good person works good you should keep her we love you thx“I had an amazing stay everything was clean and nice water park was fun for my family and lifeguards were nice, but who stood out the most was in the arcade the arcade attendant Jonathan Justiniano was very helpful in the arcade and was very nice and treated guests that had problems with games or game card very pleased with Jonathan (JJ) definitely will come back some other day!!

The main hotel pool was clean, no fighting for sun loungers as there was plenty and although the towels are a similar size to a postage stamp, we just took 2 each as there was no restrictions. Room was clean and nicely done.Close to food and shopping and a shuttle bus to Universal parks was great!
