Their is also a multitude of events happening to get you more involved with everyone else. Compensation is low, advancement options are also low. The people were great, the environment was fun and energetic. All in all, Blizzard Entertainment is by far one of the best places to work with many benefits and even free swag. Whenever I was faced with a problem the upper management swiftly answered and helped me get past it.
