At the time I assumed it might be in a later part of the game, but if you go past act 2 without picking up the 4th teleporter it won't show up as an option at all when you use the teleporters anymore, so I think it's safe to say it exists somewhere in act 2, but I don't have anything more specific than that. It's very short, has a nice experience reward and is rather comical, in that horrifyingly tragic sort of way. I happen to be using the Metasourcery mod, so I was able to teleport him anyways.Easiest way to escape the joy I know. However, if you pull it off it will make the final boss battle in the Fort Joy region much easier. Kill the Crocodiles and loot the Teleportation Gloves 3. There's a hatch in the study (ground floor) leading to another basement area. It also intersects a few other quests, making it great for knocking out several quests at once.
