Our records show that you were placed in room at 1:02PM and seen by the Provider at 1:25PM and subsequently discharged at 2:01PM. Nobody at the front counter. As appointment availability is filled for the day, patients are unable to check-in online. Wait time is ridiculous and stupid! All of that is a big old NOPE from me. Maybe this is how Workman's comp patients are evaluated and treated but I hope not. That's a problem: I was still sick. Explained every very well & had us out of there in under 2 hours...CT, bloodwork, etc...Highly recommend. Finally got the text saying my appointment was at 8:10 so I go inside and show the girl the text and told her what happened and she turned around and told me that's only my confirmation from signing in then she again argued with my husband because he was trying to understand what was going on. Doctors & nurses are friendly and make you feel comfortable. The girl at the front desk was beyond rude and unprofessional.
