Based on my purchase, I do not believe this company has a solid guid for Sizing, as all items I purchased in Medium all fit either too tight or large. Awful, dreadful and non-existent customer service!
They are refusing to collect the parcel and start the refund process. Items arrived in the UK by estimated delivery date and then I could see when the item arrived at the delivery office which was two days after. Delivery. Delivery was slow but items did arrive well packaged.
These items were returned for a refund but nothing arrived. I brought several item's recently. Returned clothes in June.
On the application I started the process, SHEIN provided me with a pick-up date and a tracking number with Aramex.

Not the standard I was expecting will not buy with them again. The most common issues with SHEIN are around customer service, which is not as good as expected by some customers. I could of brought some of them in a clothes market for a couple of pounds yet they were 15 pounds upwards . I made a online purchase on July 16 and I never received my purchases. Obviously the parcel will never arrive and my money is gone. Per USPS, *they* need to file a claim. Says delivered and signed for June 1. SHEIN also ranks 82nd among Women's Clothing sites. I contacted SHEIN to explain to them the problem, they said that the parcel was collected and was on their way to their warehouse. Some positive reviews have been removed from this profile as they did not have the trust signals we would normally expect.
