An enjoyable film but not one I could watch again. Share. This is a nice enough film, good until it didn't end the way I wanted it to! Some other reviewers shared the ending was a shock.

The last thing Tyler's looking for is love, but through their passionate relationship, he finds new possibilities for happiness. Pierce Brosnan is looking pretty sweet for his age too actually, and I'm 24. This is a thought provoking film which will strike a cord with so many people who have experienced loss. Share. Beautiful story, wonderful acting. People may think the end sequence random and nothing to with the story but that must have been what it was like in real life. Posted on July 1, 2017. I brought this having not seen it before but I heard a lot of good things about it (plus i'm a huge Robert Pattinson fan lol), my friends were not wrong about it either.

The family even regularly visits his brother's grave on anniversaries of his passing. But sometimes you get a good surprise when life leads you in a direction and this film was one of those. It begins with the horrific murder of a girl's mother then goes forward some years when the wee girl is grown up and she is singled out by Pattinson because she is the daughter of a cop who he recently tussles with. Remember Me is a 2010 drama/romantic movie, starring Robert Pattinson and Emilie de Ravin. To appreciate the comparison of your life to theirs and be thankful.

Reviewed in the United Kingdom on February 26, 2017 I think girls of all ages would appreciate this film, I wouldn't call it a Chick Flick by a long chalk but my boyfriend refuses to watch it. I loved this film. For whatever reasons, it doesn't all transmit cinematically, excluding the performances by Cooper and Plimpton, particularly in the ineffective argument scenes and romantic scenes and no closure with the incident between Ally and her Dad.

Made in 2010 but set in 2001, "Remember Me" tells the story of young lovers "Tyler" (Pattinson) and "Ally" (Emilie de Ravin). This did not leave me feeling in a good mood!!! Unlike most films involving 9/11 you know what's coming. Well worth the buy! It's not often that a film is totally different from what you expect, well 'Remember Me' is a real shock.
Most of the movie centers around Tyler and Ally meeting in college and falling in love. Has a very good twist at the end I didn’t see coming! Sounds like the makings of a small masterpiece, right? I would highly recommend this film, but be prepared for a bit of a an emotional roller coaster, I would also advise to remove you're make up before watching! Not at all. With Robert Pattinson, Emilie de Ravin, Caitlyn Rund, Moisés Acevedo. This movie was very well done in the spirit of the ebb and flow of relationships. One of those films where you are glad you waited for the DVD than paying to watch it at the cinema. This is a haunting movie for sure. I love movies like this where I get to study human behavior and see people transformed by that which they can not foresee or control. It is very touching and moving, and is also truthful to human experiences. Well, while de Raven and Pattinson are fine and make par for the course, other than those final powerful 10 minutes, there unfortunately aren't many distinctly indelible moments in nearly 2 hours. Ali is a great character, and brilliantly acted. Filmul a avut premiera pe data de: Mar. It was a little confusing at first, but entered into a heart-wrenching film and one that I highly recommend. Meanwhile, Ally has had quite a traumatic life of her own after, as a child (in the opening scene), she witnesses the murder of her mother (an uncredited Martha Plimpton, from 1988's brilliant "Running on Empty," TV's "Raising Hope"), and her Dad (Chris Cooper, who almost seems to get lost in the shuffle here) could also use some pointers in parenting. It plodded along but had its moments.
