Sometimes I wonder how they got all their paperwork together to be able to call this building LUXURY!! You’ll love the waterfront and cityscape views of downtown Baltimore that you can enjoy from the comfort of your Marketplace at Fells Point apartment or from our rooftop deck and lounge.

There are supposedly banned but there are multiple "emotional support" pit bulls in the building.

Marketplace at Fells Point has been absolutely great experience. I have no idea what convenience they are providing but I do know that it pisses me off. Marketplace offers studio, one and two bedroom apartment … I basically am paying $30 extra per month to look a construction site and listen to people talk to their dogs all day and drunks ramble about nonsense to each other while smoking cigs all night. A unique single family townhouse with two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms going for $2383.Our Durham floor plan is great for roommates! Basically, I can hear everything that happens in the entire building. My dog has been attacked twice by them in the courtyard here. But......For paper thin walls with obviously a lot of noise from the neighbors( this place is a dorm with a lot of students and you can imagine what comes with that....) Different things that are still not working after several months( they promised it would all be over in 4 weeks)... View of a courtyard that was supposed to be ready months ago and which is still a HUGE MESS!!

Marketplace has been great and I simply love my apartment. 2.4K likes.

We never had any issues with appliances or water or gas.

I have been here through at least three different neighbors above me. I reached out to management on Monday requesting more information and was sent a short, brief email of information I had already found from the website. One of my favorite aspects of this residence is the proximity to the bakery next door so when I open my window the apartment is filled with aromas of fresh bread throughout the day!I am so, so, so disappointed in this establishment. That would make sense considering the absurd amount of flies that hang on the floor with the courtyard/lounge. Marketplace at Fells Point is in the center of Baltimore's historic waterfront district-a thriving, eclectic neighborhood that's walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, entertainment, culture, public transit, shopping and work centers. So far everything is great. I guess their occupancy rate is solid because of the location so they don't have to worry about keeping their residents happy. I've picked up 15+ nails off of the dog area turf. They do not do anything to address complaints or issues. As the finishing touches are being put in place and as the community members are becoming more involved in activities and opportunities offered by the management team, it's only getting better.

I have been living at this location for the past few months and as a resident I must credit the staff for far exceeding my expectations.

They answered all of my questions and made sure I was happy with the apartment that I ended up in.

It is louder than my college dorm, my crappy college apartment off campus, my crappy Cockeysville apartment and my multiple cheaper apartments around Canton/Fells/Fed Hill. I couldn't feel so much at home anywhere else.I would give this "luxury" place minus stars if that was possible!!! One last note, it's dog friendly except that they allow violently aggressive pit bulls. This is by far the loudest apartment that I have ever lived in. This is my first time moving into an apartment so I was a bit indecisive about which floor plan would be right for me. I have lived in a few cities over the past couple years and this residential community is without question my favorite. Luckily most of the people who live here are med students or 9-5 professionals, all my neighbors are friendly.Pros : location, neighbours, friendly staff, fancy lobby, cool view if you are on fourth floor, relatively cheaper than other condominiums in the area - including discounts.

So I've been paying $30 a month for courtyard view fees which sounds like a great view. Considering all of that, the leasing office decided that it would be a great time to start charging another "convenience fee" beginning on 9/1/19. Interior details such as nine foot ceilings, generously-sized windows and high-end kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances create a chic, comfortable space that's bright, open and inviting. Thank you for making my stay in Baltimore so convenient! The location is great but the apartments are on the small side and as others will tell you very loud. I am just waiting out my time here and if Market Place doesn't get their act together very soon, they are going to be the failure of Fells Point!!

Also, anytime I had maintenance issues they were responded to and taken care of very quickly. Every time that I'm in the courtyard with my dog and they are giving a tour to a prospective resident, I hear the leasing staff tell them that the courtyard will be fixed and done in a few few weeks. I would especially like to thank all staff members who were very friendly and helpful with all my requests. Worst place I ever lived. !

I have been impressed with the quality of my apartment, both the aesthetics as well as functionality and reliability of in-home appliances. Building is just in front of the Broadway Market which is lovely place with fantastic food.

The walls are thinner than any building that I have previously lived in (6 apartments, 2 dorms, 4 rowhomes). They also seem to be very good at communicating building maintenance updates and events for tenants via email. ** SQFT listed is an approximate value for … The winter destroyed that so there was shredded duct tape and trash bags all over the courtyard for months. The apartment complex has a roof top lounge and the city view from there is a treat at night! Except that the courtyard is basically an abandoned construction site and has been since 2018.
