The dorms for LIM gives residential life a whole new meaning. LIM College offers master's, bachelor's and associate degree programs in a variety of fashion-focused majors, with an emphasis on the connection between real-world experience and academic study.
This, for those who do not already know, is one of four main buildings used by LIM College. Private bathrooms, a fridge, a microave and a flat screen TV with cable, what more could you ask for? They do offer and off campus meal plan but the residence hall has a full kitchen that all students who live there have access to. LIM College (LIM) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. Range of typical large city hotel offerings. They have made so many mistakes during my attendance of this school that I am considering transferring! This 81 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades. Some processes are inefficient.

Popular majors include Fashion and Apparel Merchandising, Marketing, and Design and Visual Communications. Online Learning LIM College is a great place. Students get hands on experience in the fashion industry while they are here and are constantly exposed to industry professionals. LIM is a much smaller school compared to other Manhattan colleges, with around 1500 students. The Jeanne Clery Act requires colleges and universities to disclose their security policies, keep a public crime log, publish an annual crime report and provide timely warnings to students and campus employees about a crime posing an immediate or ongoing threat to students and campus employees. Graduating 59% of students, LIM alumni go on to earn a starting salary of $36,500.I love LIM College! LIM has me on a fast track to my dream career. The school combines a business curriculum with studies in subjects like “visual merchandising,” “fashion media,” and “fashion merchandising.” LIM also places a premium on “experiential education” and students must participate in at least “three internships.” In turn, this fosters many “networking connections that are beneficial for future career goals.” Students also benefit from “small classes” and an “intimate” learning environment.

Is Institutional Employment Available (other than Federal Work Study) Tons of amazing Museums, clubs, bars (for the over 21 crowd of course) there is Time Square, China Town, Central Park, The Bronx Zoo, so many things to do I couldnt possible list them all.There is a club or activity for everyones interest at LIM. There is never a dull moment.The dorms are absolutely beautiful. Anyone who is interested in the business of fashion! This school starts preparing you for life after college on your first day freshman year. It almost feels like my own mini apartment!There is no dining hall at LIM College but there are so many great places around the city that offer a student discount when you show your id. LIM College is the perfect school for anyone who is interested in the business side of fashion. I don't plan on dorming, but I did see the dorms and they are amazing.
