Glencar was child friendly too with paved paths and we saw several people … But there isn't much of a walk involved. Perfect for families with kids. The waterfall is just magic - so peaceful I stayed for ages. Glencar valley has a wide variety of plants and animals. Four of us in the car arrived a little early, but we did not expect many more to attend with us as I had received messages though the morning of reasons most folks could not join us. Worth stopping for this area if you are near to this area. This walk is excellent, however, it does require a certain level of fitness to accomplish but the views from the top are well worth it.
