In March of 2020, severe market disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in Deephaven suspending all purchase and funding activity. I truly enjoyed going into the office everyday.

The pay and the hours are great, and as a result the employees are happy!I've been with many mortgage companies in my 15 years in the industry and I can definitely say that this is by far the best company I've ever worked for. Training and interview process was great. Our leadership is solid, approachable and cares about doing the right thing. I never worked with so many friendly warm welcoming people.
Great pay and benefits. the hardest part was not able to get loans for everyone. Unfortunately the company downsized tremendously during covid 19. Must be comfortable with outbound phone sales .
