In 2010, David Sawyer was hired as an assistant brewer. Had to wait about 1/2 hour for table. My wife and I took the trip out from Indiana with my in-laws. Staff is really friendly too. Staying at a lake house with extended family required I search out the local area for some tasty beer and Greenbush Brewing was a perfect spot.

You get a good portion of wings that can be shared with four people, the platter had a nice portion and we were able to take some home.When we arrived we mentioned our daughter's celiac disease, and our server had no idea what that was. By far my favorite brewery in Michigan.
The indoor dining is nice as well....I don’t chicken wings. The place is Covid unsanitary.Awesome taproom with good food and beer selection. Portions are huge so I recommend splitting. Also, if you have time to kill while waiting on a table (I hear it's packed on the weekends), head over to Sawyer Gardens right next door. I have this very bizarre competitive complex so I ordered a Brother Benjamin to assert my dominance over this established, successful adult. They are sort of like chicken feet, skin and bones. But, the occupation of a sawyer has been in Lee's family for many, many years.
