I love corrections and believe in the work, but will never work for this company again.Been here for nearly 10 years and have always enjoyed my job.
Plenty of overtime and when I worked there, I did 12hr nightshift. I’ve never been made to feel “unsafe” at my job considering where I work.
Good team work with corrections officers. Management hires friends not people who are qualified. This company is not the company you want to work for.
Nepotism will give employees positions they aren't qualified for and fail miserably at but nothing is done about the mess they create because they're protected by their family, everyone else just has to struggle through while taking blame and getting fussed at by management that's too scared to place the blame where it belongs, The pay isn't good and the most we could hope for in raises is 2% which isn't even noticeable on checks.Horrible management and everything that comes with itManagement are ‘company people’ who care only about their bottom line.
